Our intermediate shafts and rack & pinion gears rotate smoothly and quietly.

The steering column features a manual mechanism for adjusting the steering wheel position in both tilt (up and down) and telescopic (forward and backward) directions. It is designed to be lightweight yet possesses high vibration rigidity while enhancing collision safety.

■Slide Type Intermediate Shaft

The intermediate shafts feature a sliding mechanism designed to protect the steering system from distortion caused by the vehicle frame. They are available in three variations: ball slider type (BRS), 24-tooth resin-coated spline type (PQUS24), 18-tooth resin-coated spline type (PQUS18).
■Buffer Joints

We offer various types of shock-absorbing joints with excellent noise and vibration attenuation characteristics. On the left, we have the Bush type, known for its high shock-absorbing function. In the upper right, we have the disc-shaped rubber coupling. In the lower right, we offer the compact Bush type.
